Please read carefully the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by Ocean Health Club from time to time by Ocean Health Club (these “Terms”). These Terms define your and Ocean Health Club’s rights and obligations. The most current version of these Terms can be accessed at any time at www.oceanvillagehealthclub.gi (the “Site”). Changes to these Terms will be notified via positing on the Site (or other written notice to you).
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Site and/or any facility operated by Ocean Health Club (a “Club”), you accept and agree to be bound to these Terms. In addition, when using particular Ocean Health Club services, you also shall be subject to any posted guidelines, FAQs, or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time.
OCEAN MEMBERSHIPS(*)
All membership must be paid for by direct debit or annual payment.
Student memberships are available for persons aged 16-24 years and in full time education: ID & student proof will be required. *Members aged 18 years and under must have a parent or legal guardian present on joining.
All ID and discounted membership proof required must be submitted to us within one week of your sign-up date, failure to do so will result in your membership automatically upgrading to the ‘OV Club Individual’ package.
Student membership packages will automatically upgrade to our ‘OV Club Individual’ membership the month of your 24th Birthday unless further student ID is provided.
To cancel, freeze or make changes to your membership, requests are required in writing only, either at the club reception or via email to info@infinity-group.gi . Requests will not be accepted via the telephone or social media. One full calendar months’ notice is always applicable and the final month of any membership payable in full. Changing or cancelling your Direct Debit will not change the status of your membership.
You may freeze your membership at the price of £10 per month. Freezing is for a minimum of one calendar month and a maximum of six calendar months. *Student memberships will incur no fee to freeze membership.
Annual memberships are non-refundable and freeze periods are not permitted.
Your membership card is only to be used for your personal use. Replacement memberships cards will be issued at reception at a cost of £5.00 per card
An Ocean Village Club off-peak membership allows access to, and the use of Ocean Village Health Club facilities only.
Members holding Infinity memberships may access Ocean Village Health Club, Atlantic Suites Health Club and Reshape and Rumble (without restriction) during full opening hours.
You can upgrade or change your membership package at any time, requests are required in writing only, either at the club reception or via email to info@infinity-group.gi. Requests will not be accepted via the telephone or social media.
Ocean Village Health club membership pricing is subject to change. In the event of revised pricing, members will be notified with 30 days’ notice via in club communication and via our website
Ocean Health Club reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate or withdraw a member’s contract at any time.
On occasion, gym photos and videos may be posted on the Ocean Health Club website, Facebook page, or other social media platform. On occasions members may appear in the background. If you don’t agree to appear on these, please inform us immediately during the shoot.

Members joining on the Black Friday Offer, ‘Join now pay nothing until January 2024’, must pay an Admin Fee of £30 at the time of joining.

Requests will not be accepted via the telephone or social media.
OCEAN HEALTH CLUB CLASSES
Members with access to Ocean Village Health Club facilities may attend complimentary studio classes that are held within their club access hours. The class timetable is subject to change and updates at any time.
Members will be able to sign up for the class at reception desk up to 15 minutes prior to the class start time. Ocean Health Club makes no guarantee on the availability of classes as access to classes is on a space-available basis.
Members that hold an Ocean Village Club membership type are entitled to 5 complimentary Reshape & Rumble classes per month. Unused classes will expire at the end of each month. * Off Peak memberships are not eligible for these 5 complimentary classes
TERMINATION by Ocean Health Club
You agree that Ocean Health Club, in its sole discretion and for any or no reason, may terminate any account (or any part thereof) you may have with the Ocean Health Club or use of the Site and/or Club and remove and discard all or any part of your account or any content uploaded by you, at any time. Ocean Health Club may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing access to the Site and/or Club, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site or any account you may have or portion thereof and/or Club may be affected without prior notice, and you agree that Ocean Health Club will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination.
Applicable only to corporate accounts authorized by us: If you are using or opening an account on the Site on behalf of a company, entity, or organization (a “Subscribing Organization”), then you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that Subscribing Organization with the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.
You agree that the information you provide to Ocean Health Club on registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You also agree that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to Ocean Health Club. The Ocean Health Club Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the privacy policy carefully for information relating to Ocean Health Clubs collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.
PROHIBITED CLUB CONDUCT
When attending Ocean Village Health Club facilities, you agree to do so in a respectful manner, utilising all equipment in the way in which it was intended. We wish for all members and employees alike to enjoy a safe and diverse environment, any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate shall not be tolerated within our club.
GYM ETIQUETTE
- Return all equipment and re-rack weights after use
- Sanitize all equipment after use
- No food or bags on the gym floor
- Do not drop or slam weights
- Avoid unnecessary noises
- Be respectful of others personal space
- Share equipment, don’t hog it
- Appropriate fitness attire, to include clean clothing and appropriate footwear.
(No jeans, barefeet or flip flops)
- A towel must be worn in the sauna
PERSONAL TRAINING
This policy concerns the relationship between you, the client and the Personal Trainer employed directly by the club. Freelance Personal Trainers are responsible for managing directly with their client regarding session scheduling, payments and cancellations.
1. Payments:
Packages must be paid in full prior to scheduling the sessions.
All 1 hour sessions are valid for the following time period from date of purchase.
- 5 pack – 2 months
- 10 pack – 3 months
- 15 pack – 4 months
- 25 pack – 6 months
All 30 minute sessions must be used within 6 months.
Any sessions outstanding after this period will be lost.
Extension of the expiry date under extenuating circumstances my be applied for and will be at the discretion of the management.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel a session, you will endeavour to give the Trainer/Club a minimum of 24 hours notice.
The club operates a discretionary cancellation policy under the guidance of your trainer and/or the club management. Therefore, please note that if we do not receive a cancellation or rescheduling notice within 24 hours that session may be deducted from your package of purchased sessions.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call your trainer direct or contact the club on (00350) 200 44242.
Should a situation arise when we have to cancel or reschedule a session with you, we will do our best to provide you with 24 hours notice. If we cannot provide a 24 hour notice period, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible, or, where possible, offer you a PT session with another trainer.
3. No-Show Policy:
Should you fail to show up for a scheduled session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from your package of purchased sessions.
4. Refunds:
Sorry, there are no refunds for Personal Training purchases.
Should a club Personal Trainer discontinue their contract with us, your remaining sessions will be transferred to another club Personal Trainer.
Should a Freelance Personal Trainer discontinue their contract with us, the trainer can choose to either transfer the remaining paid sessions to another Personal Trainer or refund you the total value of the remaining sessions.
5. Triple Pack:
All Triple Packs (3 x ½ hour introductory sessions) should be completed within 2 months of purchase.s

As of 1st April 2023, Annual memberships are non-refundable and freeze periods are not permitted.
As of 1st November 2023, the price of the monthly membership will increase by no more than £3 per month, and the annual membership by £30 per annum. Despite suffering rising costs we have managed to minimise the fee increase.
