Studio

The spacious studio has everything you need to enjoy a wide range of instructor led classes. Alternatively, feel free to utilise the space and equipment, between classes, for your own workout.

The studio houses all the equipment for your class needs, equipment you can also use for your own workouts.

Functional Training Area

As you enter the club downstairs you will walk into our Functional Training area. This leads directly onto our well-equipped free-weights area, supplemented with a large selection of weights machines.

Take your cross-training to another level and indulge yourself with the following:

· Air bikes
· TRX suspension trainer
· Concept II Ski-erg
· Plyometric box
· GHD back extension/ab trainer
· 60kg training tyre

Upstairs weight training area

If free weights are not your choice or you just fancy some variety, we have an area dedicated to Life Fitness and Star-trac machines. These include:

· Pulldown
· Chest press
· Leg press
· Abductor/adductor
· Ham/glute raise
· Seated row
· Leg extension

Cardio Area

Upstairs you will find our state-of-the-art area to suit all your cardio needs. We also have a fully equipped machine-based weight training section should free-weights not be your choice.

Our cardio area features state of the art Life Fitness equipment including the following:

· Treadmills
· Bikes, both upright and recumbent
· Concept II rowing machines
· Cross-Trainers
· Step machine

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE REQUEST FORM

Customers can freeze/suspend the membership at any time with a minimum notice of 30 days.

Freeze period must be full calendar months, members can freeze from 1 up to 6 months.

During the freeze period the monthly fee will be reduced to £10 per month, the usage of the facilities is not permitted.

Freeze, amendments or cancellation requests cannot be processed over telephone.

You can unfreeze your membership at any time at Front Desk.

Large air-conditioned changing facilities are available, equipped with the following:

· Sauna
· Combination lockers
· GHD hair dryers and Straighteners
