Josh is a level 3 personal trainer with over 3000 hours of experience in the industry. He has helped over 50 individuals in Gibraltar from ages 16-70+ achieve a body composition they are proud of, as well as completely transforming their lifestyles to allow them to become the best versions of themselves.
Josh is an aspiring competitive bodybuilder with over 5 years of experience within this field.
Previously Josh has been a competitive skateboarder and a long-distance cyclist, so if strength and building muscle is not your goal, he can most certainly help you achieve your endurance goals for specific sports.
Josh frequently works with clients that struggle with obesity and have helped people lose over 20kg and lead a healthy lifestyle which offers them longevity.
His approach with Personal training is over 3 phases:
Phase 1 is an initial assessment over a course of 5 sessions in a gym environment to analyse and observe technique, muscular imbalances, strengths and weaknesses.
In Phase 2 Josh will develop a well-structured training program which will be tailer made to individual goals
Phase 3 is where you will implement what you have learnt in the previous 2 phases.
